I am not receiving any emails from Share The Network. What should I do?
Depending on your email preferences, your computer may be incorrectly marking our emails as "spam," and they may be located in your "spam" or junk folder instead of your inbox.
If you are attempting to view your email using a smart phone, device settings may be prohibiting display or retrieval of these emails. If you have set up automatic forwarding of email from a Web-based email client such as a Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL account to your Verizon.net account, your email or browser security settings may be prohibiting the forwarding of some emails. In this case, attempt to log on directly to your Web-based email account to view your email.
Always check for email in the "spam" or junk folders. Other reasons for not receiving emails from Share The Network could be due to firewalls, antivirus software settings, or having recently clicked on an "unsubscribe" link from one of our email footers or a link to "block sender address" from your email provider. Please be sure to include email@example.com in your email address book so that you can receive email communications from us.
